CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, you cannot change or cancel it.


HOW DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Your order will be shipped with BPOST. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation so you can track your order. The courier delivers the parcel personally to you. If the package is not too large, it can also be delivered in your mailbox.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Orders will be shipped within 10 working days. You will receive a tracking link with your shipping confirmation so you can follow your order. Please check this tracking link regularly so you have a rough indication of when your order will be delivered.


HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are fixed at € 8,5 for Belgium or € 16 to €20 for other countries. (This is 1€ extra because of the BPOST Christmas surtax)


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can choose from the following payment methods: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard. All payments are made via Shopify Payments / Stripe and are therefore protected.


IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
All payments made via the website are secured via Shopify Payments / Stripe. Your payment will be loaded in a frame via a secure connection. GMM Festival bv only works with reputable payment methods like Bancontact, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.


THE PRODUCT I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT OR I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Should this not be the case and you find the item(s) in your order to be faulty or incorrect, we ask you to send an email to merchandise@graspop.com.


If it is necessary to return it, please do so to the following address in original condition, within 14 days after receipt (You have to pay for the return shippingcosts.)

We are not able to offer online exchanges.
If we are not able to replace your item(s), you will receive a refund as soon as we have processed your returned item(s). We will only accept items returned in their original condition, within 14 days after receipt. The amount of the refund will equal the cost of the returned item(s) as stated on the confirmation email of your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
When we have processed your return, we will issue the refund within 14 working days. Please note it might take longer before the money will actually be in your account. This depends on the line of credit on your credit/debit card and the terms and policies of your bank.
