Shipping & Delivery
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and as good as possible. We will pack your order very carefully and take care of it until our shipping partner collected it.

On working days it will take between 2 and 5 working days to ship your order.

Shipping costs are based on products, packaging and the country we ship to and are calculated per order.

All customs and import charges are excluded from the price of the order and depend on the country where the items will be shipped to.

If an item is missing from the parcel although it is stated on your delivery note, please contact us on info@graspop.be. Please state your order id and the item number or product name of the missing item and we will send the missing item as soon as possible.

Privacy & Security
All personal data supplied by the user to the Graspop Webshop are processed in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the processing of personal data.

We do not transmit personal data to third parties except when explicitly requested by the judicial authorities and when it is legally required to do so. If the Graspop Webshop nonetheless intends to transmit certain personal data to third parties, the user’s prior consent will be expressly requested and this will also be mentioned explicitly.

Personal data collected via the website are stored in a protected and secure environment inaccessible for third parties. These data can only be accessed by the Graspop Webshop for purposes of administrative processing.

You have the right to examine the information and the personal data collected by the Graspop Webshop and possibly correct erroneous or incomplete data. You also have the right to have your personal data removed from the Graspop Webshop database.

Returns & Replacements
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you ever do need to send something back to us, you are in charge for your own account.

Please resend your package within 14 days.

Your will receive a refund in total of the returned products. The refund amount will be based on the prices as stated on the confirmation email of your order. Shipping will not be refunded.

We are not able to exchange any item(s). We will refund you the amount as soon as we have processed your returned item(s).

We only accept items, returned in their original condition, within 14 days after receipt.

If you think an item in your order is faulty or incorrect, please return it to us. We are not able to offer online exchanges, but when we have processed the claim, we will refund the money for the item.

When we have processed your return, we will issue the refund within 14 days. Please note it can take longer than this before the money is actually in your account. The time period depends on the line of credit on your credit/debit card and the terms and policies of your bank. We will contact you to get in touch with your bank account data.

If you think you have received the incorrect refund amount please contact us at info@graspop.be. Please state your order id and any information you have and we will help you further.

Ordering
Once an order is placed, you cannot change or cancel it.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not place it on hold. A product will only be placed on hold when you proceed to payment.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We will ship your order as soon as we received your payment.

After you’ve processed your payment and the payment of your purchase has been verified by our payment provider we will send you an e-mail containing a confirmation of your shipment.

Payment transaction is provided by our payment provider Ogone. We currently support Visa, and MasterCard. If you would like to pay your order by bank transfer, please contact us: info@graspop.be

It is safe to order online. As we take security very highly your transaction will always be done on a secured connection (https). Also all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by Ogone and the card issuer/service.

You only need to pay for your order and shipping costs. There are no extra costs.

Viewing Orders
Everyone has to register into the webshop. As soon as you made an account, you can verify your order at any time of the day.

Updating Account Information
As soon as you logged in to the webshop, you can verify and change your personal data.
